Mind Body Psych provides individual counselling for adult clients. Adults of all sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and identities are welcomed. Mind Body Psych specializes in self-compassion, using a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), experiential practices, and mindfulness exercises to help the unique concerns of clients, including burn out, anxiety, self-criticism, stress, perfectionism, and somatic symptoms. 

Mind Body Psych's holistic perspective means you are seen as a whole, complex person. That's why we list our counselling services by life stage, not by symptom.
